The Work of Imagination Youth & Intergenerational Curriculum is a seven-session Lent–Easter resource designed for youth groups or intergenerational gatherings, centered on guided sharing circles and exploring our theme in community.
Theme Overview
Lent invites us into the work of honest turning—facing hard truths, naming injustice, and trusting that transformation is possible even in the shadow of empire. The Work of Imagination frames this season as a communal practice of resistance and renewal, drawing on prophetic imagination to help us see the world as God intends it to be.
Together, this Lent–Easter journey encourages youth and adults to move beyond easy answers and into shared reflection, courageous listening, and faithful action. Through story, conversation, and practice, participants learn that imagination is not escape, but a vital tool for justice, hope, and collective transformation.
