The Lenten Spiral offers families a visual and embodied way to journey through Lent together; it invites households to mark the days of Lent through short, meaningful practices that center connection rather than perfection.
Beginning on Ash Wednesday, families are invited into a gentle daily rhythm that includes scripture, reflection, shared meals, conversation, movement, advocacy, joy, and time outdoors.
